Sail sales and repairs
We offer sales and repair services for sails, standing and running rigging, and mast and rigging adjustments. We stock a wide range of high-quality ropes and cables, as well as offering repairs for Dacron and laminated sails. Keeping your boat’s sails in good condition will ensure your safety at sea and allow you to reach top speed on your sailing boat.
We also manufacture, install and repair awnings, covers, lazy jacks, sprayhoods and bimini tops for your boat.

Work on sailing boat masts
We’ll look into the best option for repairing your sails or, if they need replacing, our experts will advise you on the purchasing process.
At Astur-Náutica, we also offer mast erection and dismantling services, which involve releasing all the rigging that connects the mast to the hull of the yacht so that the mast can be raised, lifted out of its mounting point and removed, either for repair or to transport the yacht by road on a trailer.

Repairs to rudders and keels
The keel of a sailing boat is secured to the hull with bolts. Keels are made from various materials and sometimes require repairs, adjustments or simply an external coating to protect them from moisture. The keel acts as a counterweight to prevent the boat from capsizing, so it is important to keep it in good condition.
Rudders rotate on bearings which, over time and due to the salty environment, wear out, causing the rudder to become stiff and difficult to move, making it very awkward to use. At Astur-Náutica, we remove the entire rudder and repair the internal components by replacing the bearings, internal bushings, etc.
